Challenges of our Time – Geopolitics & Negotiation
Online Seminar Series from April until June 2025
This project, led by Jean-Jacques Subrenat (ret. French Ambassador and Distinguished Fellow of the IGN), brings together different generations from across the world to discuss current topics at the junction of geopolitics and negotiation.
The online seminar series offers a platform where ideas can be exchanged and dialogue is fostered in times of polarisation.
At the first session (April 2025), the moderator will explain the purpose and method of this participatory seminar, and announce the theme for each ensuing month before delving into the topic of the first session: ‘’Rule of Law vs. Making Deals’’.
For each session and topic, a team of 2-3 participants is formed. Each month, a designated small group presents its agreed topic, which is then debated among all the participants.
