
Negotiation is a fundamental skill for dealing with conflict which can be utilised in all aspects of our lives. Though we each have our own instinctive approach to conflict resolution, negotiation skills require training and practice to truly master effectively. This is especially true during high-pressure situations when interests collide, egos clash, and time runs short, testing us to the maximum. This course aims to equip participants with the practical skills to enhance their individual negotiation capacity. Preparation and active involvement during the in-class simulations is essential for participants to derive the maximum benefit from the course.
